Learning Channel Training Status
Firm Verify now automatically shows a user's BGL Learning Channel training progress on their profile — no need to manually record what they've completed.
What's included:
- Automatic sync. Completed and in-progress Firm Verify-related training from the BGL Learning Channel now appears directly on a user's profile.
- Training details. Each entry shows the training name, completion date, and provider (BGL Learning Platform).
- In-progress status. Training that's been started but not yet finished is shown as "In Progress" until it's completed.
- Manually added training unaffected. Any trainings you've entered manually continue to display alongside synced ones.
Note: this applies to users only — Key Personnel don't have Learning Channel login access, so their training isn't synced.
