What you have access to

Firm Profile Available Set up your firm's legal identity, designated services, business addresses, and AUSTRAC identifiers. |
Generate Risk Assessment Available Use the guided wizard to conduct and document your firm's ML/TF risk assessment, as required by AUSTRAC. |

Generate Policy Available Step through the Policy wizard to generate your AML/CTF Policy document, ready for senior manager review and approval. |
Upload Documents Available Already have a risk assessment or policy? Upload your existing documents directly and save or edit them within the platform. |

Dashboard Coming soon A compliance overview showing pending reviews, upcoming reassessments, and your setup checklist progress. |
Clients Coming soon Customer Due Diligence (CDD) workflows for onboarding and managing your clients under AML/CTF requirements. |
Where to start

Complete your Firm Profile Go to Firm > Firm Profile and complete your firm details, industry segment, and designated services. Do this first — your details are pre-filled into every document you generate. |

Run your Risk Assessment Go to Firm > Program and select Generate Risk Assessment to work through the guided wizard. Select Upload if you already have an existing document. |

Generate your Policy Return to Firm > Program and select Generate Policy to produce your AML/CTF Policy document, then send it to your Senior Manager for review. |
Complete Firm Profile before generating documents
Your firm name, industry segment, and designated services are automatically inserted into generated documents. Incomplete profile = placeholder text in your output.
Giving feedback
Use the Feedback button in the top navigation bar to report an issue, flag confusing content, or suggest an improvement. The BGL product team reviews all submissions.
