Submitting Feedback | Firm Verify Help
The Feedback button lets you send product suggestions, bug reports, and usability issues directly to the BGL product team without leaving Firm Verify.
How to submit feedback

Click Feedback in the top navigation bar. A modal opens. |

Rate your experience using the emoji scale, then add any comments in the text field. The comments field supports typing and pasting. |

Click Send feedback. A confirmation toast appears and the modal closes. |
Your feedback goes directly to the CAS360 / Firm Verify product team inbox. You will not receive an automated reply, but all submissions are reviewed.
What gets captured automatically
Along with your message, Firm Verify automatically captures the following and includes it in the submission:

|---|---|
| Your name and email | Sourced from your active user session. |
| Firm name | Sourced from your product licence. |
| Page you were on | The URL of the screen you had open when you clicked Feedback. |
| Screen resolution | Your display resolution at the time of submission. |
| Browser and OS | Your user agent string (browser type, version, and operating system). |
Tips for useful feedback
- Bug reports: Describe what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Feature requests: Describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution.
- Urgent issues: For blocking issues, contact support directly at support@bglcorp.com.au rather than using the Feedback button.
