Overview
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in to Firm Verify. It tracks your firm's compliance activity, upcoming reassessments, and training progress — so you can see what needs attention without opening individual modules.
Navigate to the Dashboard at any time by selecting Dashboard in the left navigation.

AML/CTF setup checklist
A firm-level three-step onboarding guide tracking whether your firm has completed the foundational AML/CTF setup. Each step links to the relevant module and shows its current state.
| # | Step | Links to |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Complete Firm Profile | Firm > Firm Profile tab |
| 02 | Appoint Compliance Officer | Firm > Users tab |
| 03 | Build AML/CTF Program | Firm > Program tab |
Each checklist step shows one of the following states:
| State | Condition | Button |
|---|---|---|
| Not started | The step has not been started | Start |
| In progress | Partially complete. Expands to show the remaining sub-tasks. | Continue |
| Complete | All requirements for the step are met | None |
Build AML/CTF Program — sub-steps
When step 03 is in progress, it expands to show four sub-tasks. Each sub-task is marked complete when a document in the relevant category is Marked as Current — or when a Program document is Marked as Current on its own (which satisfies all four sub-tasks).
| # | Sub-step |
|---|---|
| 1 | Assess your ML/TF risks |
| 2 | Document your policies |
| 3 | Document your processes |
| 4 | Generate your governing AML/CTF Program |
Documents awaiting your review
A user-level widget listing every document in Under Review status where you have a pending review action. Each row shows:
- Document name and version (e.g. AML/CTF Program v1.0)
- Document type tag (Program, Policy, Risk Assessment, or Process)
- A Review button that opens the review modal for that document
Completing a review removes the document from the list in real time. When there is nothing to review, the widget shows You're all caught up.
Upcoming document reassessments
A firm-level widget listing documents due for reassessment within 30 days, or already overdue. Each row shows:
- Document name and version
- Document type tag
- Due date in DD Month YYYY format (e.g. 10 Apr 2026)
- A colour-coded counter on the right
| Condition | Counter |
|---|---|
| Due today or within 30 days | Amber Days Remaining |
| Overdue | Red Days Overdue |
Select Go to Program to open the Program tab. Overdue rows are highlighted there. When there is nothing due, the widget shows You're all caught up.
Personnel training
A firm-level widget showing AML training completion across all active personnel. Displays completed and incomplete counts. Ceased or archived staff are not included.
Select Go to Users & Key Personnel to manage training assignments.
Your training
A user-level widget showing your own assigned training modules and their completion status.
| State | What you see |
|---|---|
| No training assigned | You have no training modules assigned yet |
| Incomplete training | At least one assigned module is not yet complete. Incomplete modules are listed by name. |
| Training complete | All assigned modules are complete |
Select Go to Training to open your training modules.
Customising the Dashboard
You can control which widgets appear on your Dashboard and reorder them to suit your workflow. Customisations are saved per user and are not recorded in the Audit Log.
Show or hide widgets
Select the gear icon in the top right of the Dashboard to open Customise Dashboard. Toggle individual widgets on or off, then select Save. Changes apply immediately and persist across sessions.
Select Reset to Default to restore all widgets to their default visibility and position. You will be asked to confirm before the reset is applied.
Select Cancel to close the panel without making any changes.
Reorder widgets
Drag and drop widgets into your preferred order. A Save Layout button appears once you have moved a widget — select it to save your layout. Navigating away without saving discards any unsaved reordering.
