Overview
Firm Verify keeps a permanent, uneditable record of every create, update, and delete action across Firm Profile, Firm Users / Key Personnel (including the Training Register), and Firm Policy / Procedure / Process. This satisfies AUSTRAC record-keeping requirements under the AML/CTF Amendment Act (Tranche 2), effective 1 July 2026.

Features
The Audit log displays a record of every create, update, and delete action.
Filters
The Audit Log can be filtered to find specific changes.
Click Add Filter.
The Audit Log can be filtered with the following options:

| User | The audit log screen can be filtered to display only changes made by the selected users. |
| Module | The Audit Log can be filtered to display only changes made in certain modules or screens. The following Modules can be selected:

| Action | The Audit Log can be filtered to display only specific change types made. The following actions can be selected:

| Date | The Audit Log can be filtered to display changes made in a specific date range. Enter a date in the 'From' or 'To' field and click Apply. |
Multiple filters can be selected.
To clear filters, click to remove an individual filter or select Clear All to remove all filters applied to the Audit Log.
Search Bar
Use the search bar to find specific changes and access these easily. Entering a search will instantly return results for changes that match your entry.
Selecting a change
Selecting a change in the Audit Log screen will open the Entry Detail screen which provides more detail on the change that occurred.
- The timestamp shows the date and time that the change occurred.
- Displays the user that made the change.
- Shows the type of change that occurred.
- Displays the screen the change was made on.
- Shows which field was updated.
- Displays the change made, including what field was adjusted, what was entered previously before the change and what has been entered now as a part of the change.
