Generate Program
Once your firm has a current Risk Assessment, Policy, and Process on file, you will be able to generate an AML/CTF Program document that brings all three components together into a single, submission-ready package.
The Generate Program option appears on the Firm > Program tab. It will remain disabled until all three prerequisite documents are in place — a pre-requisites banner will explain exactly what is outstanding.
The wizard walks through four steps:

| 4 | Finalise Program | Review selected documents, enter a title, version, and summary, then click Generate Program. You will be prompted to confirm before generation begins. |
Email Templates
Firm Verify sends automated emails when documents are sent for review. The Email Templates feature — accessible from Settings > Email Templates — will allow your firm to customise the content of these outgoing emails.
You will be able to:
- View the BGL-provided master template for each email category
- Create custom versions with your firm's preferred subject line and body text
- Edit or delete custom versions
- Set any version as the default, or revert to the BGL master at any time
Document Templates
The Document Templates feature — accessible from Settings > Document Templates — will allow your firm to upload custom DOCX templates for each document type. Generated documents will be formatted using your preferred template instead of the BGL default.
Template categories available for customisation:
- Risk Assessment
- Policy
- Process
- Program

Send for Review
Once a Risk Assessment, Policy, or Process has been generated, it can be sent to a nominated reviewer for a second-level review before being finalised. When generating a Program, you will also be prompted to send it for review at the Finalise Program step.
How the review workflow works

From the Firm > Program tab, select Send for Review on a generated Risk Assessment, Policy, or Process. A review modal will display the email that will be sent to the reviewer. |

The reviewer receives an email notification and logs in to Firm Verify to assess the document. |

The reviewer Approves or Rejects the document. The document status updates accordingly and the submitting user is notified of the outcome. |
App Switcher
The App Switcher in the top navigation bar allows you to switch between BGL products you have access to — including SI 360, CAS 360, and MyBGL — without signing out. You can also use Change Firm to switch between firms you are associated with.
