Generate Program
Once your firm has a current approved Risk Assessment, Policy, and Process on file, you will be able to generate an AML/CTF Program document that brings all three components together into a single, submission-ready package.
The Generate Program option appears on the Firm > Program tab. It will remain disabled until all three prerequisite documents have been approved — a pre-requisites banner will explain exactly what is outstanding.

A Program Status Bar will also be introduced on the Program tab so you can see at a glance how many of the three prerequisites are complete.
Notifications
A notification bell will appear in the top navigation bar, alerting you to activity that requires your attention — such as a document being sent for review, approved, or rejected.
Planned notification capabilities include:
- Alerts when a program component (Risk Assessment, Policy, or Process) is submitted for review, approved, or rejected
- Real-time delivery — notifications appear without needing to refresh the page
- Mark individual notifications as read or unread
- Mark all notifications as read in one action
Email Templates
Firm Verify sends automated emails when documents are sent for review. The Email Templates feature — accessible from Settings > Email Templates — will allow your firm to customise the content of these outgoing emails.
You will be able to:
- View the BGL-provided master template for each email category
- Create custom versions with your firm's preferred subject line and body text
- Edit or delete custom versions
- Set any version as the default, or revert to the BGL master at any time
Document Templates
The Document Templates feature — accessible from Settings > Document Templates — will allow your firm to upload custom DOCX templates for each document type. Generated documents will be formatted using your preferred template instead of the BGL default.
Template categories available for customisation:
- Risk Assessment
- Policy
- Process
- Program

Download All Attachments
When reviewing a program component, you will be able to download all supporting attachments in a single ZIP file. Individual attachment downloads will also be available. This makes it faster to share a document package with an external reviewer or auditor.
Cancel a Review Request
After sending a document for review, you will be able to cancel the review request if circumstances change — for example, if the document needs further editing before the reviewer assesses it. A Cancel Review option will appear in the document's action menu while the document is in Under Review status.
App Switcher
The App Switcher in the top navigation bar will allow users who hold subscriptions to multiple BGL products — such as CAS360, Simple Fund 360, or Simple Invest 360 — to switch between products without signing out.
Users who belong to multiple firms will also be able to change their active firm context directly from the App Switcher.
